I've often thought it and this just confirms it.

Tannin likes playing with himself.

Too many chiefs and not enough indians in that line up, i reckon the BYE has a good show. Wink

i think this is taking the adage "if it's meant to be it's up to me" just a little too far.

The bye ha no chance. Tannin on the rebound with the reply is Awsome!
He usually hits back with interest, has that many twists in what he dishes out is definitely up there with Krak! The unbelievable quantity is a result of giving it to the Saints over the years and nothing to do with Arizona although judging from his indurance you would think he has been there as well.
So all you bye supporters out there be prepared for disappointments!!

Caroline Wilson wrote in todays Age that the Bye would heavily tag Tannin and her source confirmed Tannin is playing injured.

Might be closer than we think, whats the draw paying?

It is one of life's rare and special pleasures to see your very own idea come to be accepted and pass into the mainstream as something we all agree on.

So it is very nice indeed to see my team - the very team I put forward in the thread Nick's Posting XXII -- R.14 v Saints almost four years ago - picked to represent us against the dreaded Bye.

In all our glorious history, we have never beaten the Bye, and I know the experts say it can't be done, but Tannin and Tannin and the boys (not to mention young Tannin - very important player that one) are dead set keen to give it a real red hot go.

On July the 9th, 2007, Tannin wrote:
FB: Tannin, Tannin, Tannin
HB: Tannin, Tannin, Tannin
C: Tannin, Tannin, Tannin
HF: Tannin, Tannin, Tannin
FF: Tannin, Tannin, Tannin
Ruck: Tannin, Tannin, Tannin
Int: Frankiboy, Magpiesgirl, Cangaru, David

IN: Magpiesgirl, Tannin, Tannin, Tannin, Tannin, Tannin, David, Tannin, Tannin, Tannin, Tannin, Tannin, Cangaru, Tannin, Tannin, Tannin, Tannin, Tannin, Tannin, Tannin.

OUT: Gazza05 (knee), The Prototype (omitted), nomadjack (lost on way to game), The Ru is on Fire (suspended), Skaman (banned for life), Favourites 2006 (flu), Johnson #26 (retired), Zakal (traded to Richmond), Stui (knee), Magpie (lost in the carpark), DaVe86 (black death), Dave the Man (suspended for 12 weeks), Madness (corkie), -magpies are 2 good- (thigh), Nuxta (omitted), Joel (broken leg), Proud Pies (still sleeping it off), Leggie (thigh), ad4eva (stress fractures), Tess (legs of course), 3rd Degree (missed bus).

As a bonus, you youngsters on the bench should get a fair bit of game time this week - I have a fair workload and expect to be getting a bit tired in the second half.
